1. About TEMO

TEMO is an e-commerce platform based in Sri Lanka that sells trending products sourced from international suppliers. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include product cost and import handling. TEMO is operated by TEMO Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, registered in Sri Lanka.

2. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on this site.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our website or systems.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in LKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes and import handling.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you if an item is out of stock.

4. Payment

We accept payment via PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD). By submitting payment, you confirm that the payment method is authorised for use. All PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions. TEMO does not store any card or banking information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. TEMO is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free, complete, or current. Colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
