Order Processing
- •Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- •Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- •You will receive an SMS and/or email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
- •A tracking number will be provided via email after dispatch.
Packaging
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive extra protective wrapping. We use eco-friendly packaging where possible.
Important Note
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control. During peak seasons (New Year, Christmas), additional 1–2 days may apply.
