How We Count the 7 Days

Day 1 = The day your order is marked as delivered by the courier.

Day 7 = The last day you can submit a return request.

If Day 7 falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.

Conditions for Return Eligibility

We Accept Returns For:

How to Initiate a Return

    Package the Item

    Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Attach the return label we send you via email.

    Courier Pickup

    We will arrange a free courier pickup from your address within 1–2 business days of approval.

    Refund or Replacement

    Once we inspect the item (1–2 days), your refund or replacement is processed within 3–5 business days.
